Jay Puts the BEAT on Jim! - 01/06/18

Jim Moorman finished the 2017 season with three wins in a row and before starting the 2018 season, he also managed to win the Final Eight Championship Game! With all that momentum it wasn't surprising to see him behind a big stack at the final table of our first game of the year. It looked like he could win number four before a big hand with Jay.

The two players got all the chips into the middle with Jim enjoying a dominating lead. Jay was down to a two-outer, but that was all he needed. The lucky card hit the table and Jim's chance at four wins was gone! Jay rode that win down to the final two and eventually chopped it up with Brian, winning the January tournament.
