Uncle John is Comeback Kid! - 6/06/15

If you hung around for the end of the final table of the June LLWSOP, you were rewarded with an amazing poker display! It appeared that Uncle John was going to go out on the bubble, but he won some big pots, giving him the cushion he needed. Irish Steve then went from a big stack, to almost eliminated out of the money, but fortune rescued his stack as well. Despite a conservative approach, Adonna eventually took the dreaded six spot when her A/T failed to deliver a win.

The final five players proved to be tough competition and along with good play, some daring no-look gambles were taken by both Donald and Irish. The gambles didn't pay off for Donald and he was followed by Bill and LA to the rail. Uncle had a large chip lead two-handed and Irish got his money on the second hand with a stray ace. Uncle's stray king immediately flopped a king and another king on the turn sealed the win!
