Kevin Beats Shuffleboy in Fantastic Final Hand! - 07/08/17

I was looking forward to seeing Jay at the July LLWSOP after I doctored up his winning picture from the previous month. When he didn't make the game, I knew that I would be defeated when it came to catching his reaction. Even though he did not show up, he still managed to finish better than I did in the tournament! Who does that? Jim South and Dan Shahin, probably!

The July tournament came down to a single great hand. It looked like newcomer Fernando might take first, but his third place finish left Shuffleboy and Kevin to play for the title. Steve ended up all-in with QJ and Kevin held the advantage with AK. The flop had a queen, but a king gave the lead back to Wu. A jack on the turn put Steve back in first, but a ten on the river sealed the win for Kevin!
