Bell and Wu Battle While Edens Wins! - 09/07/13

Mike Bell seemed to have all of the luck at the tournament this month. Midway through the game, he tabled his second royal flush of the season and when he got down to the money, he looked like he was on his way to victory. In the key hand of the tournament, Mike got all of his money in with a dominated A/Q. Kevin had him in a bad spot with A/K, but the board delivered a broadway for Mike, along with most of Kevin's chips.

Before taking the bad beat, Kevin was making a serious run at the title and then Mike grabbed all of the momentum. Nobody seemed to suspect that Ed Edens had plans of his own as he slowly took control of the game. Ed was running well and playing well and the combination pushed him to the front of the pack as he defeated Bell for the September championship.
