Uncle John Goes the Distance! - 11/05/11

John Sunseri has been on a heater lately with three final tables in his last three games. This time, he rode his momentum to a first place finish in the November tournament. Throughout the entire tournament, his stack steadily grew and he kept the heat on when play got down to the final table. Dr. Bell had a shot at stealing the victory, but he had to settle for second place as he never could overcome Uncle John's chip lead.

With the November game in the books, we are down to our last tournament of the year! This is your last chance to make it into the final 8 game and your last chance to win a championship for 2011.

Regulars to the game know that December is also our holiday potluck game. Traditionally, people bring a dish based on their initials, so you get extra points for a creative offering. Food starts showing up at 5:00pm and the tournament will start at 8:00pm as usual. The new season (and new points board) will start in January!
