Adonna Wins First Title! - 04/06/13

Adonna has been away from the poker tables for the last few months, but that didn't stop her from winning the April tournament. If you guessed that she was simply taking a break from the game, you would be wrong! In fact, Adonna journeyed to a secret location, high in the Japanese mountains to be trained by an elusive band of poker ninjas. For months she practiced raising from the button and going all-in without displaying even the slightest emotion. After mastering the mysterious poker ninja arts, she appeared at the April tournament and defeated all of us!

It was a night for the ladies as Bonnie and Adonna faced off for the win. Bonnie had a chip lead in head-to-head action, but she was no match for the ninja arts that Adonna displayed. Eventually, Adonna gained the chip advantage and she rode her momentum to final victory.

I was lucky to get a picture of her win because I was beginning to suspect that she might indeed be a poker ninja. In fact, when I put the camera down and turned to congratulate her, she had completely disappeared! Good luck to those who will try to win the bounty next month!
