Adonna Defeats Three Tables and Takes All The Chips! - 04/06/19

Over all the years of the Little League World Series of Poker, it seems like when a new player takes a seat in the game, they tend to win in their very first try. It looked like another newcomer was going to duplicate the feat when Phil survived a field of 30 to make it down to the last two players. Jim M. and Dave S. gave him a hard time, but they landed in fourth and fifth place, leaving only Adonna as the final player to beat.

Phil had a chip lead going into heads-up play and the lead fluctuated a few times as the tournament entered the highest level of the structure. Adonna eventually gathered enough momentum to have most of the 5k chips in her stack and that was enough for a deal to be struck, leaving Adonna as the top player for April.
