The Steves vs. The Daves! - 7/11/15

Jay Wiley didn't know what he was getting into when he made the cash in the July LLWSOP. After lasting several rounds without an elimination, Jay realized that his name wasn't Dave or Steve and then he quickly lost all of his chips! Well, it didn't really go that way, but the final four players featured two Daves and two Steves and it turned out to be a battle to the finish!

Jay played as well as the other players, but as the chip lead fluctuated, his luck ran out landing him in 5th place. Dave M appeared to be facing the exit several times, but luck was definitely on his side. In one hand, all three players covered his all-in bet, but the three hands combined could only manage a 9 high, and Dave tripled up. Eventually, Dave M. and Dave S. were eliminated and then it was a Steve vs. Steve match. Irish eventually tabled a pocket pair of eights and the hand held up against Steve's K/T.
