Irish Steve Defeats Small Field! - 9/05/15

With many of the regular players taking a poker break for Labor Day weekend, the smaller field received extra chips for the September tournament. Jim South made his triumphant return to the LLWSOP, but the other players rewarded him by showing him an early exit on the bubble.

With the smaller field, four players made the money this month and Damon collected fourth place when his stray ace ran into Irish Steve's Jacks. Mike Sprugasci was the next to go when his K/Q shove fell to Irish's A/A. Adonna took a few shots at Steve, but momentum was on his side as he took down the tournament and denied the monthly bounty. The October game will feature a double bounty for whoever knocks Irish out. Good hunting!
